  • Coughlin voted Yes on the FY 2020 budget on September 23, 2019.  A yea vote on a FY budget does not authorize spending on expenditure, as shown by Coughlin’s voting history on the FY 2019 budget Yes vote and NO vote for Fire Station 64 less than 30 days later.
